How do I place an order?

All products are available to purchase in the Mossum Shop. Your purchase is easy and safe. When you click to buy, your order goes to the cart until your order is complete.

Payment & Shipping

When your payment is processed, your order is shipped promptly. Rates vary by location and total purchase order starting at $5.95 within the continental United States. There is a handling fee of $2.95. Rates also vary if you are part of our subscription and/or rewards program. We ship internationally on only some products and rates differ by destination.

The order process is securely encrypted. Your information is not used for any purposes except to complete your order. Acceptable payment options at this time are Wix Payments, PayPal and Square Point of Sale options once checkout is in process.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

All sales are final, as this is a food item. We do not accept returns or make refunds.

Mossum is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned or undelivered as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us.
